EM42AM3284LBB
This is to notify our valuable customers that
EOREX had launched its new version device for 16M*32 Mobile DDR
SDRAM in FBGA-90Ball package. The part number
for this new device is EM42AM3284LBB, available for mass
production currently. The EM42AM3284LBB is
packaged into FBGA as the same of the former version of
EM42AM3284LBA. The EM42AM3284LBB compare to
former version (EM42AM3284LBA):
The major feature improvements include:
1. Process is fabricated by advanced 0.07 μm
CMOS process.
2. Timing margin no change
3. ICC6 target will be typical 3.0 mA. (And
continue improving)
4. Testing process no change
Under improved process, we believe the
EM42AM3284LBB will supply continuously and stably.
