later. The EM48AM1684VTH is packaged into Lead-freeTSOP-54 (II) as the same of the former version of

EM48AM1684VTG. The EM48AM1684VTH compare to former version (EM48AM1684VTG):

The major feature improvements include:

1. Process is fabricated by advanced 63nm CMOS process.

2. Timing margin no change

3. Testing process no change

Under improved process, we believe the EM48AM1684VTH will supply continuously and stably.
