production currently. The EM48BM1684LBB is packaged into FBGA as the same of the former version of

EM48BM1684LBA. The EM48BM1684LBB compare to former version (EM48BM1684LBA):

The major feature improvements include:

1. Timing margin no change

2. ICC6 target will be typical 3.0 mA. (And continue improving)

3. Testing process no change

EM48AM3284LBB: 8x10mm
